The Foundation believes that grassroots groups are the key to solving the intractable problems of poverty, powerlessness, and environmental destruction. Funding supplied by Equator Hope Foundation goes towards a variety of initiatives and projects with the hopes of creating a better social and ecological environment for Latin American communities.
Protecting the environment
The Foundation is proactive in educating and changing environmental issues pertaining to protecting and cleaning the environment and educating Latin American communities of the importance of protecting the environment and natural resources. The Foundation makes the efforts to assist and educate Latin American communities of the importance of protecting natural resources and working together to achieve a common goal.
Impacting Lives
The Foundation is involved in efforts to help those less fortunate and provide goods and services to not only help the needy but establish stability where those less fortunate can provide and support themselves and their families in the future. We believe that continuing to give free handouts is not the answer to fixing society’s problems. Changing and fixing a problem or issue in society so support is not needed in the future, is the correct answer. The Foundation looks to address these needs of the less fortunate and allow them to become self-sufficient and thrive in their society on their own merits.
